If your link to the Flash file(.swf) is in the form of "Some
Server.com/some.swf" then it will not open in IE7 unless you have Local
Machine Lockdown enabled. If you have Local Machine Lockdown disabled and
you click on such a link, all you'll get is a blank screen with the yellow
icon in the Status Bar. To enable Local Machine Lockdown, navigate to the
following area:
Tools||Internet Options||Advanced(tab)||Security(section)
Remove the checkmark next to the box that reads "Allow active content to run
in files on My Computer"
