IE7 and Windows XP SP3 Problem

After installing IE7 in my Windows XO SP3 computer, my website does not
function well, although it works well in IE7 and Vista and also in MacIntosh.
Buttons of the hover class do not even appear, only there place holders.
Interestingly enough, in the Preview sheet of FrontPage 2000 that was used to
make the web site, the buttons do not appear either, so the problem may be
not with IE7 but with SP3, which was installed also recently along with IE7.
Any information would be very welcome. Thanks.

I have found the solution to the problem. Java needed to be updated to the
latest version. I used Google to find "java updates", and once I got into
the Sun Microsystems Java webpage for updates, I let their software
determined what version of Java I needed and proceeded to download it. After
that, my problem disappeared.
