i.e 8 hangs hotmail???

Why does the upgrade to Internet Explorer hang up hotmail? I upgraded my
Vista laptop and my wife's XP laptop and both hang up when accessing
Hotmail, but, you can access both Hotmail mail boxes from other PC's that do
not have i.e. 8. Anyone have any ideas.

IE8 will only be "the upgrade to Internet Explorer" when it is released.
The only thing available now is unfinished code for developer testing.
