new web page after hitting log on does not show full content?

I have a new HP mini laptop running windows xp, IE7. I purchased this for my
daughter so she would stay off my wife's laptop, almost exclusively to get
onto webkins. We click on log in (www.webkins.com) and a new window opens
but not a full window page with tool bars, type in user name and passward
which works fine but the entire page is not visible and there is no ability
to scroll up or down. This is not a problem on my wife's laptop. Any
suggestions are welcome.

Hi,
If you need to see more of that Adobe Flash login page, you may have to
change resolution on the mini. This will make everything onscreen very
small, but try right-clicking on the desktop> Properties> Settings, try a
larger screen.
