creat my shortcut own the menu bar

first sorry about my english...

i wont to creat shortcut buoton that do those command:

1. disable/enable picture (in the tools menu-->internet
option-->advance-->multimedia--->shoe picture)

2. disable/enable flash object (in the tools menue--->internet
option-->mannage addon----->shock wave flase object)
im using Ie7 win xp sp3
