Toolbar Problem IE7
When I read the speel about IE7 part of it said the toolbars were better in
that they take up less room so more window is viewable, well not so , I now
have not one toolbar across the top of my screen but three , one has address
and search ,forward and back butons, refresh and delete buttons . The next
one down is the ' Menu Bar' with , file, edit, view, favourites, tools, help and
my search provider. The one under that has a star for favourites and
history,a plus/star for favourites followed by about ten further buttons, now
this takes up nearly 1and1/2 inchs of my small screen and is full of butons I
either don't use or don't need, I have gone into 'costomize' and removed all
the buttons I don't want in the third row then lock toolbar, but everytime I
open IE again they are all back up there they just won't stay away..What I
have is this third row which is just a duplicate of the second row which I
have as text only as that is the least intrusive way for my tastes.
I also have no use for the first row except for the forward and back
buttons, the refresh and delete buttons, (which are under my veiw button in
he menu bar) My question is how can I remove the address bar and the google
search bar and how do I remove the third bar with all the buttons in it?
so I have just the one bar as I had with IE6
Thank you for any help you can give me. :-)
