IE 7 only partially displaying jpg files and other intermittent fa
Having worked perfectly for years my laptop running XP (fully updated) with
IE7 has started failing to display JPGs completely. The first approx 1/3 of
many JPGs is displayed, but the remainder is black. If I save-as to my hard
drive the JPG shows the same problem.

I also experience more non-working websites and some which display briefly
then disappear with the message "IE cannot display this web page" - though it
was there a moment ago!

RE: IE 7 only partially displaying jpg files and other intermittent fa
For what it's worth, this problem also occurs with Safari, so I suppose it's
not only an IE problem.

Does _anyone_ have any ideas?
