IE 8 RC1 Running on Vista: Choosing new tab - the "text" flickers
I just installed IE8 RC1 (on Vista SP1), noticeably slower. Also, when I
choose the New Tab - the text shows and flickers/toggles rapidly between "New
Tab" and "Connecting...", and only goes away when I navigate to a new web
page.

If I wait long enough, the entire window goes darks and randomly flickers.

How do I get back to before RC1 - this is crazy.
