Transfer addresses

Is there any way I can transfer addresses of individuals in an Outlook
Express group to the body of an email or to any file. Thanks

Yes! If you know how to copy & paste. To transfer the whole address book;
first open the addresss book. 1. highlight any address. 2. Click on edit at
the top of the page, and select all. the cascade will close. 3. Click it
again and select copy. 4. Open a new email and in the body, right click a
blank space, and select paste. This will transfer the whole book. Individual
addresses are done by highlighting a single address, right clicking, select
copy, open a new email, and then paste it in the body.
