uninstaling add-nos from ie7

is there a way that I could completely uninstall some of the add-ons I don't
need anymore? except the option to delete some of them in the add-on manager
through the internet options winow. I am using windows vista 32bit with ie7

uninstall any add-ons listed in 'installed programs' list
