IE7 errors

When I start IE7 and start to surf most webpages are blocked and an error of
microsoft.sercurityinformationcenter comes up. Whenever I say yes or no to
allow sight it is blocked. Any help is appreciated!

What version of Windows (including the service pack) are you using?
