More than likely it's the way the site is coded that is causing the error
that you are seeing. I get the same error message here in both IE6 and IE7
when visiting the site you posted. IE6 will eventually load the site after
dismissing the Error alert, but IE7 will not display the site after
dismissing the Error alert message.
The site states the following:
Some people using Internet Explorer have trouble watching video here. If
that's you, then click here to watch it a Google Video:

or
you can watch it on YouTube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQAJjeP-X0g
So evidently they are aware of the issue but refuse to fix it, contact the
Web Site about the issue.
