I.E.7 Error msge

I wanted to make sure that I had all the current updates for IE and went to
the web site, downloaded them. Then I started to get error messages. I
re-downloaded I.E.7 and it installed okay. Now when I go to close out of a
web site I get the following error:

newsgroup. Why you also posted this in Windows Live Sync newsgroup is
anyone's guess.
