Searching History

When using Internet Explorer, if I open the History sidebar, and search the
history, Web Pages come up that have been deleted from the history files. Why
is this, and how do i get rid of them.

Be more specific. What exactly did you try to do?
What do you see?

Most likely explanation is that you are misinterpreting
the functionality of the (undisclosed) method you have
chosen to do what you are trying to do or misinterpeting
what you are seeing (e.g. not doing a complete inspection,
etc.)
