"startup" tab on "system configuration utility"

How can I remove (not just unmark) unneeded lines from "startup" tab on
"system configuration utility" ???

Without knowing what specific item you are referring to, the best anyone
can suggest is generic troubleshooting:

1- [Best method] Open the application that launches at startup, go
through its menus, find the option that starts the program with Windows,
change that option.

2- [Next best] Remove the shortcut to the executable from the Startup
folder.

3- [Next best] - Contact the program's technical support and ask for
their advice.

4- Uninstall the program.

5- [Worst idea] - Play around in the registry.

If the application you have in mind is malware, none of the above will work.
