If it was a streaming video file then it was temporarily stored in the
"Temporary Internet Files" folder until you moved on to another site or
closed the Browser. So most likely (if the video still exists on your
machine at all) it would be located in the "Temporary Internet Files"
folder. You can either search for in that folder or simply delete the
contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder.
