Disable URL popup when hovering over favorites

I would like to stop the web address/URL from automatically popping up when I
hover over any of my favorites in IE7. I can't find an answer or setting
anywhere. Is this a function of IE7? Vista (Home Premium)? My Google
toolbar? Please help!
