Can't log on with IE when first using computer in the morning

Every time I get on the computer I have to do the same thing over and over
again. I clidk on IE and it shows "Can not display the webpage. Then I click
on "Diagnose". Then I click on "Reset network adapter" and I'm online. But if
I get offline for more than an hour, I have to go through the same thing
again. Can someone Please tell me what to do to fix this?

are using and with what version of Windows (and which service pack)?
