IE

IE will not open on sites that worked yesterday, I was thinking it was
security, I have reset reloaded and rebooted til I can not do it again. It
would not even look at the connection for IE on the microsoft site. I have no
idea how I was able to get here. I would like to explore. google works but
does not connect. I have tried netscape and mozilla no go. Any thoughts, or
do I give in and bring it in?
