Hotmail

Ever since I have downloaded explorer 7 this Hotmail has gone wonky.
Warning.Please sign in again. To help protect your personal information, we
periodically sign you out (for example, after 24 hours or when you sign in to
a different account). This message shows up after about 5 minutes into my
hotmail.
I used to be able to click on the save password box and never have to worry
about it again. But every time I use my Hotmail now, it asks me to sign in
again and again.
When I first sign-in I get an error message and have to use the decoding
letters. This happens 2 -3 times before I can acess my Inbox.
I have followed all the suggestions using the FAQ’s and still am having
trouble. Can anyone help me PLEASE?????????????
