IE7 & Games disappeared

Last night when I tried to logon IE7 I got an error message that the system
could not find the file iexplore.exe. I search in the program files folder
and can find the program in the Internet Explorer folder but even clicking on
that gives me the same message. I have tried to re-download IE7 and it
installs and tells me to reboot - when I do I get the same error message.

Also in my start menu the games have disappeared as well (solitaire,
minesweeper, etc).

Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks
