internet problems

hi can anyone help me? in the last 24hrs i have not been able to access
internet explorer currently using firefox the guys at commodo tried to help
but think they have made things worse. they said that i have to fresh
reintall windows XP OS but have no idea how to do this I brought computer
withe windows already installed and dont have any disks for it does anyone
have any suggestions on what i can do

Why don't you post and elaborate on the problem you're experiencing. It is
quite possible that the resident experts here can provide a fix which may
save you to re-install the os.
State if your os has been upgraded SP2 or SP3 and which AV/A-S applications
are utilized. I guess you're using a 3rd party firewall (PFW).
