Run IE7 in No Adds-on mode. If you still get the error, it's not an add-on
causing it so it'll likely be something on that page in which case the fix
is to get whoever writes the page to correct their code. In the meantime you
can hide the error by disabling script error notifications in the IE
advanced options.
