What are the three types of PC: the users's old one, his new one and your
new one? The OS may be treating the certs slightly differently. Are there
different versions of Windows on all three computers? Finally, what are the
details of the client certificate that he is exporting: some encryption
types may not be handled properly or even consistently by the Windows
encryption software or by IE?
