IE7/Vista silently closes or stops responding

Hi,
I have IE7 installed on Vista Home Premium 32-bit. All the available IE7
patches installed, I guess (I have auto update running daily).

IE7 crashes (with no error message) or brings up "Program stopped to
respond" message box if I go to:
http://www.wikipedia.org/
and then click to the link which is supposed to get me to the Russian part
of Wikipedia ("Ðóññêèé").
Actually this link is: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Çàãëàâíàÿ_ñòðàíèöà
However, if I paste this link to the address text box of the IE directly,
the page is loaded without any problems.

Any clue why this happens?
