IE7 error meassage: Navigation to the webpage wascanceled

Hi,

I'm running XP Pro with IE7 and I'm having trouble
with opening new TABs.

When I open a new TAB in IE7 I get a error meassage
Navigation to the webpage was canceled
but if I go into Tools> Internet Options> Security>
Custom> and disable Active Scripting and Scripting
of Java Applets my home page will open up in a new TAB, Hmmm!
Can any one help?

Start Internet Explorer without add-ons from:
Right-click the IE icon on the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons.
or
Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
If the problem goes away, you have an incompatible browser add-on installed.
