something is blocking some of my web pages my curser will start jumping or
flashing
and only shows part of page also doing it on micrsoft web sites, but not all
web sites, however it doesn't on firefox ??? How to fix

Won't let me open URL says error 404

Thanks, Gordon. The server hosting the domain is having some issues right
now.
