Hot Dog Packer

download diolog box

when I click and download button in the Microsoft download center IE7 tries
to open the file as a web page not giving me the download diolog box and I
get a message that the web page can not be opened. Also fire fox give me a
message that there is no data in the file and safari give me an error message.

note the click here to install silverlight worked fine

also other download sites like C-NET work fine I immedatly get the download
diolog box
