IE not working in 32 bit mode

I have a Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit PC, and been happy with
that one for the most of the time since spring 2007. I have Internet Explorer
7.

One problem i discovered was hard to understand. I tried it when i
discovered it about a year ago but gave up after struggling with it. I
looked again now, and understand now this was meant to be.

Normally I am just using admin. account and IE and any other program runs
well..

The problem is to make IE work in a "Standard/Guest" user account, and since
the plug-ins all depend on 32 bit IE it is impossible to view advanced
browsing like videos and such in the "Standard/Guest" user account. So the
solution is to only use IE 64-bit version?

But is this completely OK? I don't think this should be, since there is no
documentation anywhere about this limitation. Anyone??

Anybody know if this is true for all systems or just for mine?

If IE 32-bit is working on a guest account with a Vista 64-bit Windows
system?
