IE7 missing Favorites

Great testing and QA folks. With the new tab feature apprently somebody
forgets to test the scenarios with multiple windows opening. Favorites
folders added via newly opened IE 7 window DOES NOT show up in older (or
previously opened) IE 7 window's Favorites. How the hell does that happen???
Why it seems to be taking from a cache location instead of the live
Favorites folder?? The newly created folder shows up in the Organize
Favorites though, just werid and annoying.
