File Upload Via IE7 and Deleted Files Showing Up

I have found in IE7 when I browse to upload a file the browse window will
find a whole bunch of old desktop IE shortcuts that are no longer there.
Does anyone know how to I get rid of those? I've cleared the cache and that
does not help.

One other thing. I'm running Vista SP1 with all the current updates.
