an error has occued in the script on this page

I recently began getting these messages when i tried to open an email with a
web page. I tried to find a way to download a fresh Internet explorer but
can not find how to do this. All help appreciated.

What does "open an email with a web page" mean?

Hi,
The e-mail contained a webpage?
Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- SP1,SP2,etc.)
Which version of Internet Explorer?

This message may simply mean that there's an error on the page and there's
nothing you can do to resolve the error.
