Downloading Photos Immediately.... IE7

I often get messages when downloading photos or exe files etc that if the
file does not start downloading immediately click here. I also will get
that security warning from IE on the top bar giving me the option to
download the photo or file. How do I get these files to just download
without the unecessary warning? These warnings almost always refer to safe
files that I've chosen from safe sites. I've already specified that the site
be allowed and not restricted in the IE security/privacy options.

The message "...if the file does not start downloading immediately click
here..." comes from the website, not Internet Explorer.

If I leave my front door unlocked no criminal will enter my house
because I live in a safe neighborhood. Right.

Right-click on the download link and select SAVE AS...
