Outlook Web Access causing IE7 Appcrash?

Running Vista Home Premium SP1 and fully-patched IE 7. Had been
getting IE 7 Appcrashes five or more times a week. Vista's Problem
Reports and Solutions listed OLE32.DLL as the fault module name in the
crashes.

Tried everything to stop the crashes. Reset IE7. Disabled all add-ons.
Still happened -- until -- stopped accessing Outlook Web Access.
Haven't had an appcrash in five days so far.

Is it possible OWA is causing IE7 to crash? If so, is there a
workaround that would allow me to use OWA, without the crashing?

Hi. This hotfix appears to apply to Exchange Server 2003. I'm hitting
a server running Exchange Server 2007.

PA Bear. The link you forwarded contained a fix that focuses on fixing
an issue if the OWA server is running Exchange Server 2003. The
Exchange Server I'm accessing is a later version, so it doesn't
apply.

With that said, I noticed you offered this suggestion to another user
in a different forum having a very loosely related issue:

You wrote: "Try this: Start | Run | (type in) regsvr32 ole32.dll |
OK."

What does this command do? Would it be worth trying in my case, since
my Appcrash is pointing to OLE32.dll as the fault module? Would there
be any harm in running this command?
