Importing Group Contacts from OE to Outlook

On notebook #1 I have OE6 that contains several Contact Groups. I also have
Outlook on this machine and can Import these Groups (along with all other
contacts) from a .cvs file to which I have exported all my contacts from OE.
Now I bought notebook #2 and I am unable to import the Groups via My Network
Places wirelessly from the same .cvs file on notebook #1. The contacts come
in, but none of the groups. Can someone give me a step-by-step to
accomplish this? All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Fran

And your Internet Explorer issue is...? [Groups in (OE) Address Book do not
export or import, whether you're exporting as a WAB file or to a CSV file.]
