Enabling javascript in a local file?

Hi;

The .html version of our help system uses javascript. The default for
Internet Explorer is to not allow javascript in local files. Is there
a way our installer can tell IE to allow javascript on our files -
which would require setting a directory and all sub-directories as
safe for javascript.

Hi,
The preferred solution (least impact on the machine's security settings)
would be to place the Mark of the Web (MOTW) on each page.

Look for
"How Can I Fix Problems Identified by this Security Feature?"
at
