1 user no longer has internet access

Windows XP Pro, IE7

I have 1 administrator account & 2 limited users. 1 of the limited users
constantly gets the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error,
although the account was accessing the internet without any problems up until
recently. Any pointers to correcting this would be appreciated.

Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.
