IE problems with menu bar and activity bar

Suddenly when I try to load IE the page is huge and I have no upper menu bar
or actiivty fields (down). What can bi the problem?

Hi,
Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- SP1,SP2,etc.)
Which version of Internet Explorer?
Have you just installed a security program or another program which hooks
into/affects Internet Explorer?

Does hitting the F11 key help at all?

If you right-click the taskbar and choose "cascade" does that provide an IE
window which can be resized by dragging the edges?
