Microsoft Photo Upload Control

Is there some way that I can have this photo upload function permanently
loaded on my PC?

Just about every time I want to attach a photograph to an email I have to
download Microsoft Photo Upload Control and install ActiveX controls.
I think that this is because I carry out a regular Disc Clean UP operation
which deletes all Temporary Internet files.

Since the ActiveX control is stored in the "Downloaded Program Files"
folder, you might try excluding that folder when you run the Disk Cleanup
utility by unchecking it after the scan is run.
