IE will not load

Every time I try to open IE (7) it crashes and gives me the standard "has
encountered a problem..." error. I have tried as many things as I can think
of, including trying to dump the old version and reinstall it, but that says
IE is running and it won't let me delete the files. We have had the
AntiVirus 360 Malware on here, but I thought I had removed it. Evidently
not! I have tried turning off services and startup files thru msconfig in
the Run menu, and even got it to work once, but not again.

Any ideas would be extremely appreciated. I am currently using Firefox as
my browser and that's working, but we miss IE. Any suggestions?

You have probably not (as you suspect) removed all malware.

You will have to register to post to any of these forums and should look for
