Favorites Hang Up in Vista afer Security Update

Since the new security update on Vista a few days ago, I can't delete,
organize, move, etc. any of my favorites. My IE screen hangs up and I have
to kill it in Windows Task Manager. I'm at IE 7.0.6001.18000.

Next, does the problem persist if you start up in Safe Mode?
Start Vista in Safe Mode

If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode, look for the program that's
causing it.

It may be a browser add-on.

There was a new update to IE because people can capture personal information
when you're on specific sites. You can read about it at microsoft.com.
