Are you running McAfee Security Center (freebie from your ISP, perhaps) or
McAfee Internet Security? Did you (just) upgrade to this McAfee application
or version from an earlier one (e.g., McAfee VirusScan)?
Was a/this McAfee application preinstalled on your machine when you bought
it?
Does IE usually start automatically when you boot the Vista machine?
