TIF clears on power failure so i cant see pages offline. How can i stop this
happening?

here?:

In IE | TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | ADVANCED | Scroll down to SECURITY |
"Empty TIF folder when browser is closed." Uncheck it.
