Larger Area for Links Toolbar

I am using IE7 and would like more items in my links toolbar. Right now it
displays on only 1 line and what does not fit on the line I can only get to
by using a drop down. I would like to know if there is a way to have the
links toolbar use more than one line so I can see more items at any time
without using the drop down. If the answer is no then is there some add-on
that will allow this functionality?
