I have just installed IE7. When I first start the webpage, you must
>customize your settings. When trying to customize settings, I get the follow
>message, "Settings were not able to be saved sucessfully." Any idea how to
>fix this? I am using Windows XP Home SP3. Thanks...Sam BTW, I had posted this in Windows XP General and was told to post this problem here.

Re: IE7 problem
Hi,
See "Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead
of your homepage" at
http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
and/or
945385- A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945385/en-us

Hope this helps,
Don

Re: IE7 problem
Don thanks for the help. I tried that but it didn't help. I did find the
real problem. It was a virus planted in a program that looked legit. Ran
combofix and it found the problem and removed it. Everything works fine now.
Appreciaite it.
