IE7 problem

I have just installed IE7. When I first start the webpage, you must
>customize your settings. When trying to customize settings, I get the follow

Don thanks for the help. I tried that but it didn't help. I did find the
real problem. It was a virus planted in a program that looked legit. Ran
combofix and it found the problem and removed it. Everything works fine now.
