Highlighter in Internet Explorer.
Is the Highlighter option a part of Internet Explorer or the Windows Live
Toolbar? I can't find it.

If this is for searches inline in the page, there isn't one in IE. I use
IE7Pro (http://www.iepro.com) which has a lot of additional features
