not enough memory in my browser?

hi all.. I have a problem in my memory. I play on a pogo site..and I have
just that site up. It plays fine for a little while then starts to get real
slow and real choppy, then boots me out saying not enough memory in my
browser? I have IE 7...and mozilla firefox 3.0 and I play pogo through
firefox. Any suggestions PLEASE

What is the complete error message please

All it says is not enough memory in your browser. Please close all
applications that are running..clean temp files etc. etc. , and to get more
RAM if none of the above helps ..I do clean temps etc daily. Just wondering
if there could be a problem with firefox ?
