Default Browser

Hi,
I recently downloaded Firefox and now that browser has become my default. I
want to use IE as my default browser, can anyone tell my how to reset to
achieve IE as the default browser?

Please state your IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3;
Vista SP1) when posting to this newsgroup.

1. [Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | ] Set Program Access and Defaults
| Configuration that's already checked | Browser: Select "Internet Explorer"
here.

1b. Now check your settings here: IE Tools | Internet Options | Programs |
Default web browser.

Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Set Program Access and Defaults |
Custom + Down Arrow | Choose a default Web browser. Select the radio button
for Internet Explorer.

Thank you both so much. Apologies, I'm using Vista Home Edition and IE7, I
should have said.
You put me on the right track, I went to control panel and reset the default
to IE via 'Default Programs' As you may have gathered I'm not exactly an
expert in this field,
