some users can't see the updated content

We use Sharepoint for our intranet. It's strange that some remote
users (same company network but in different cities) still see the old
content even after cleaning up the cache.

Is there a fix to this?

sorry, it's really a sharepoint issue. We forgot to approve the
content so everyone else can see it.
