IE7 splash page

Why is it that I continue to get the "runonce" splash page each time I start
the browser , even though I have already updated my settings? It's not a big
problem , but I have even made the url (found below) an entry on my
restricted sites and yet , it continues to pop up--very frustrating....

Restricting the site is only going to stop it from loading, not change the actual splash screen. Are you referring to
your home page when you mention "splash screen", in that matter? Reply back ASAP.
